- I have recently begun a new phase in my walk with the Lord known as empty nest syndrome. I have been married to my gift from God now for 12 years and love him more every day. We have three great kids (young adults) and God has them each on their own walk, living their own testimony. Worship is my passion and I live to be in His pressence. Be happy that Jesus is on the throne and we are not......this is at times hard to accept, but key to a successful and fullfilling walk with God. I don't really know why I'm doing this except my worship pastor and his wife spread the addiction my way. I say that with the utmost respect & love... :+) so here goes....

YES! I know it is not easy, but I do feel we are all called to it.
Paul said he was a fool for Christ, to live is Christ!
Jesus said if anyone is ashamed of HIM, HE will be the same in front of HIS father where they are concerned. I can't imagine after all HE has done for me (not deserving) to make HIM hang HIS head because I would not stand up in front of others and take HIS hand and follow.

yes and no....
i think, at times, we offend by "speaking the truth in Love".... and that's ok.
i think at other times we are called to "be all things to all people" which means fitting in and NOT offending (as much as it befits scripture and holy living.)
depends on the circumstances.....
depends on the people...
depends on the way the Holy Spirit is moving.
and it ALWAYS depends on GRACE.
